Armenia, Greece and Cyprus defense ministries sign cooperation plan

The Ministries of Defense of Greece and Armenia have signed a bilateral cooperation plan for 2020 in Athens, as reported the Department of Information and Public Relations at the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

The delegation led by Head of the Department for Defense Policies at the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Levon Ayvazyan today participated in the discussion on Greek-Armenian cooperation plans and military-political consultations in the defense sector in Athens.

The consultations led to the signing of a plan for cooperation between the Ministries of Defense of Greece and Armenia for 2020 (the plan contains 21 actions to be carried out in Greece and Armenia, including training programs in the directions of special significance forces, military medicine and tactical preparation, exchange of experience in the fields of cyber security, engineering and other fields, military-political consultations and exchange of information).

On the same day, a trilateral action plan for 2020 was signed by the representatives of the Ministries of Defense of Armenia, Greece and Cyprus. The action plan contains dozens of actions to be carried out in Armenia, Greece and Cyprus that concern trilateral training programs and military-political consultations in various sectors.
